OUR PHILOSOPHY AND VALUES.
KIS stands for Keep It Simple.
Over the years we have noticed that a lot of systems already in place seem over complicated.
Also when we design and either install or upgrade existing systems we make them as future proof as possible to make future expansion simple.
We are transparent.
As most of our clients don’t understand how computers work we are very open in explaining what we are doing and how we are doing it.
We will explain things as simply as possible.
Also if we are facing an issue/problem we have not seen before, we won’t give any lies, though we will find out about it and then sort it out!!
Due to our many years in the industry we have amassed a very strong and diverse support network behind us.
We believe in long-term relationships with our clients.
We like to work as closely with our clients as possible, whether they be business clients or home users so we can get to know their IT needs and wants as time goes on, and can therefore easily deliver.
We embrace flexibility.
In this day and age we don’t have “set” business hours, everyone’s needs are different and not everyone can fit into or works a 9-5 working day.
As such we will endeavour to answer the phone whenever its rang.
If we dont answer for whatever reason, your call / text /email will be responded to as soon as we can (the phone will get answered even when walking the dog or kayaking).
