ON SITE:
1st half hour: £45
2nd half hour: £30
We then charge an ongoing £25 per half hour
WORKSHOP:
Desktop PC/Apple iMac hardware £60 per device + Parts
Desktop PC/Apple iMac software £40 per device
Data safe: £60 per device (we image your data before we start doing any work so your data is safe & secure whilst diagnostics and testing is being done, if this is requested then the job is charged at the hardware repair rate as the device still has to be opened)
Laptop & notebook PC/Apple Macbook/Pro/Air software repair is a fixed rate of £40 per device
Laptop & notebook PC/Apple Macbook/Pro/Air hardware repair is a fixed rate of £65 per device + Parts
There is no price premium for Apple products.
All repairs are aimed at being complete in 48 hours (this is not always achievable due to part availability and extended testing, though this will be advised at the time)
REMOTE ACCESS:
Fixed rate of £45 per device (this means the device would be worked on as if it was in the workshop, this is best for jobs which aren’t urgent or booked in jobs)
